Deluxe oceanfront art deco hotel (1677 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach) just 2 blocks from the convention center in the heart of South Beach. The National has recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation, revamping the rooms and combining comfort with a chic retro style. The 11 story building was designed in 1939 by Roy France.
There is a bar lounge, a restaurant and one can also have snacks served poolside. There are two pools, one over 200 ft long, lined with palms and a smaller one next to the beach where there is also a beach bar.
Tower rooms - Approximately 230 sq.ft. in size, standard city view rooms offer commanding views of South Beach cityscape and are equipped with either 1 king bed, or 1 queen bed or 2 double beds. Oceanfront rooms are of approximately the same size but offer breathtaking views of the hotel's world-famous infinity pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Furnishings in both room types include a work desk with high speed T-1 interned access, an entertainment center with 27" TV, DVD, VCR and mini bar, as well as a comfortable lounge chair and side tables.

Prices quoted are for single or double occupancy and do not include the 13% city and state tax nor $12.43 daily hotel fee per room which include lounges and umbrellas on the beach and the pool, free local and toll-free phone calls up to 15 minutes each, and free high-speed T-1 internet access. Prices vary according to the day.
There are 32 deluxe Cabana Wing rooms, located alongside the infinity pool. Each has a private terrace overlooking the hotel's one-of-a-kind swimming pools and surrounding tropical gardens. Approximately 240 square feet in size, Cabana rooms either have 1 king or 1 queen size bed, a comfortable love seat sitting area, work-desk with complimentary high-speed T1 internet access as well as an entertainment center with 27" TV, DVD, VCR and mini bar.
These rates are available for a minimum stay of five nights.
The National requires a deposit to confirm the reservation and payment in full by October 19.
Cancellations made 21 to 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival will be charged one night's charge (room and tax). Cancellations made fewer than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of the room and tax that would have been generated.
In addition to the hotel charges noted above, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged by Altour for each room cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
The Loews is a deluxe hotel (1601 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach) just two blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center. It's an 800 room beachfront property which combines the 120 room landmarked St.Moritz Hotel restored to its original Art Deco splendor. Landscapers cleverly planted the curving driveway between the two with dozens of tall palms, unifying the property. The hotel now features the brand new Elemis Spa, with 16 treatment rooms, side-by-side couples massage rooms, a sun deck, steam rooms, and Jacuzzi tubs.
There is a range of dining options that include six restaurants and lounges. A 4,500 sq.ft. fitness center features state of the art exercise equipment, fitness classes, saunas and free weights. Optional services include an array of massages, body wraps and personal trainers, and hair salon. The hotel offers non smoking floors, 24 hr. room service, twice daily maid service, concierge service and a business center. A beach side pool, cabanas and tropical gardens front the 900 foot-wide sandy beach which offers several recreational options including water sports.
In-room amenities include safe, cable TV, dedicated data port for computer and fax, 2 line telephones with voicemail, mini-bar, iron/ironing board, robes and hair dryer. Guest rooms start on the 4th floor in both buildings and offer the same room amenities. Rooms in the main tower are more contemporary, some may have a balcony, and are larger than those in the St. Moritz, but the latter offers more art-deco character. Deluxe rooms at the St. Moritz are ocean front and have tub/shower or shower only. Room service operates round the clock. When requesting your room reservation, please specify which building you prefer.

The rooming list with a three night non-refundable deposit is due October 30th. Name and date changes will be allowed but will incur an administrative fee of $25.00. ALL changes and cancellations must be done in writing (via email) with Altour. The hotel will not accept any changes or cancellations done directly with them. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the deposit of three nights including tax.

A unique boutique hotel (1052 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach ) comprising of 70 suites in 4 distinct buildings, furnished by world-renowned Luminaire The suites are large airy, and bright rooms with a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a soaking tub with a rain fall shower head and granite top sink. Bathrobes as well as H2O+ bath amenities are provided. There is a living area with plasma TV, a desk with free wireless connection, and a room safe. Some rooms have a balcony giving you a side view of the beach. There is a rooftop pool with full view of the beach.There is maid service and limited room service. 24hr. front desk is provided.
The only type of room we are offering is the Junior Suite. The price varies depending on the date and are for a minimum stay of four nights:

These prices do not include the 13% city/state tax, nor a $14.31 per day/per room resort fee. The resort fee includes: unlimited local calls, free internet wireless connection, beach umbrella and towels.
