1 HOTELS SOUTH BEACH
2341 Collins Avenue (23rd street)
After an investment of over $100 million, this resort, formerly the Gansevoort, relaunches as 1 Hotels South Beach. Gone is the shark tank and the frenzy in the lobby, and in its place a sea of white and natural wood with accents of cedar. There are bowls of fresh fruit here and there, replaced with different ones every day. The extra large rooms are accessed by a key-coded elevator. We have managed to negotiate special rates for our clients during Art Basel.
Rates given below are European Plan (no meals included) and are subject to 13% local taxes and a $25.00 per room, per night resort fee – includes: Wi-Fi, beach chairs, fitness center, unlimited local calls, bicycles, in-room tablet (loaded with newspapers and magazines) Tesla drop off service based on availability (inside of a 3 mile radius of the hotel). Rates are the same for one king or two queen beds for one and/or two adults.
** Studio Suites – 700 square feet room with king size bed, full kitchen, dining and sitting area, washer/dryer and Miami skyline views.
DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION
Rates are based on a four night minimum stay. A refundable deposit of one night plus tax will be taken when you reserve. Full refund less an administrative fee of $100.00 will be processed if you cancel by Friday September 25.

The Loews has undergone a complete refurbishment ( new color scheme-light green, brown and grey) new carpeting, linens and curtains) plus the renovation of bathrooms and the lighting system in the hallways. All rooms have a pullout couch in the sitting area.
The room descriptions given below is to help you with the different types of rooms now available. The rates will vary by the date you make your reservation and the day you arrive. In the past, they have required a three day minimum stay, so the prices will vary taking that into consideration.
TBD – PREMIUM guaranteed balcony with an ocean view.
TBD – DELUXE with city views
TBD – LUXURY rooms are all partial ocean views (add $46 for King beds)
TBD – ROTUNDA rooms are located in the front towers, therefore are all city views. These are junior suites, King bed, with separation between the living area and the bedroom.
The hotel has informed us they are not giving out any room allotments to groups. Since Altour has special year-round contract rates with them together with American Express (you don't have to pay with Amex) we will use these rates for this year's Art Basel attendees. As always, the prices given do not include the 13% state/city taxes. The earlier you reserve, the better chance to get the lowest rates. All changes and cancellations must be done in writing with Altour. Please note, that the room types have changed since the renovation, they now call the "standard" room city view a deluxe and what was the "deluxe", is now called a Luxury.
DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION
In order to secure a reservation a deposit of one night will be taken at the time of booking. Full refund will be given if reservations are canceled, in writing to Altour, at least 3 days in advance. Changes will be allowed for an administrative fee of $50, please be aware it may change the room rate. The Loews charges $50 for early departures once you have checked in.
